Rest
If you need a place to acclimate to the altitude before heading into the mountains, our home in Boulder, CO has a large guest room and full bath in a private part of the house. Much to see and enjoy within an hour of our home.
Wenonah Cabin in Fairplay, CO is a cozy, 700-square-foot, restful place in the central Rocky Mountains. Whether sitting near the wood stove, on the deck, or walking the trails around the cabin - it's a place of serenity.
Recreation
Our home in Boulder and cabin in Fairplay are located in optimal places to engage in outdoor activity. Hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, snowshoeing
and skiing are readily available.
Breckenridge, Silverthorne, Buena Vista, Salida, Mount Princeton Hot Springs, Leadville and Great Sand Dunes/Rocky Mountain National Park are all accessible. We have six mountains over 14,000 feet within 15 miles of the cabin - we call 'em 14ers here in Colorado!
